    hanlong's 18% will be liquidated as the 10 + 15 mill for break-fee is still due.If this board has anything left in creditability ,they will see to it that the hanlong shares are returned to present holders . These shares are not worth much anyway.Just thinking ahead SDL will have to raise some funds pretty pronto to keep ticking over.
