They are not that proactive, but what you say is true.
They chucked a hissy fit last year and said they weren't appreciated on the ASX so were going to list on NASDAQ, but nothing ever happened.
They won't spend the money to list on other exchanges, and have probably been advised by wise people not to, particularly because of their unusual business model.
Still, their Chinese directors are probably making a luxurious living off the director fees and benefits.
To be fair though, the business is still young, and they are trying to raise the profile in Australia of the Chinese directors, but the question still remains, why did they not list in Shanghai a year ago - alas, it is too late now.
This has been a sub-standard investment so far.
