As a long term holder from the eagle eye days , having bought on the way down as well to help Support this company as the bod often ask share holders to do ,I think it stinks to the core That they have behaved in this manner .It is also a timely reminder to younger or newer investor's , to be very wary when a bod tells you that they are working for the share holder , i have already voted 4x4 and urge everyone to think of the outcome if this current bod stays IMO ASIC should be all over this .

If they think diluting my shares from 999 000 shares to 99 000 is working for me I think they are sadly mistaken I for one would never support one single one of them again including mister Joyce
