    i ll object to this settlement may be via another firm. no way this settlement is fair
    - considering decision was coming just the next day
    - we can't earn 11% return after tax
    - we have to pay our investments plus interest
    - settlement should be beneficial to both parties lets be generous to say to cough up 50/50
