I received a letter today asking if I approve or reject the ruling.
While I reject the ruling, I do not know what basis I reject it, as we are a plaintiff with DC Legal and not M+K, so we get NOTHING out of the ruling, which sucks. DC Legal have provided us with no guidance as to how we should proceed with this document.
I feel very let down by DC Legal and this whole Great Southern class action, as we have been waiting for years for some action, then find out we are likely to get nothing. It feels like DC have just sat around, taken our money and waited to see what the other class actions were doing.
So I am not only out of pocket for the initial GS Ponzi Scheme, the money for the class action, we were hit up again to object to this ruling. Seems we are just wasting money trying to make these scum accountable for their dodgy MIS, yet we are the ones who will lose out.
I just wished that all the scum GS directors are hit by a truck and we can laugh and get on with life.
