It did yesterday mate.. for no other reason than impatient holders.. I agree nothing has changed other than the expectation of early November news.. which has come and gone..
As a mate of mine said last night, as we are all aware the mining right is coming and likely a fate au complet, the additional risk is wether the MR dropping has been factored into the pricepoint already..
Food for thought..
