It stems from the fact that there is a lot of focus on the sp while ignoring the market cap; seeing 8c as very cheap and forgetting how diluted this stock is. You should base your fair valuation on the market cap and derive an sp target accordingly. With that said, I think 30c is achievable over the course of the upcoming series of price sensitive announcements, given that they all describe a favourable outcome.
