I mean, you're taking the piss right? I can't tell. A PFS determines whether or not its economically viable to mine, and I can garuntee with the grades the resource is boasting, it will be. A low strip ratio is desirable, but its not necessary. There are already pre-existing underground tunnels that will allow for a lower CAPEX startup anyway.
You need to do your homework. Start by taking standard English classes.
