Well the Jozi news and radio stations are plugging the project starting up with elected officials cashing in on spreading the good news story about jobs.
I'd take that as a fairly good sign we are close to a finance deal and actual dirt being pulled out and stockpiled but your a big boy and have your own opinions you can wait for the actual finance announcement... and pay more most likely.
I mean they've said the 30 days window to repeal the resource upgrade is closed and a newly revamped dfs is coming in July as well so we looking at some positive news stories no matter what.
I'm still pondering if the people they going to for funding are waiting for the rejigged resource upgrade and dfs AISC before they sign on as well.
