Imagine DAU share price rocketing if the new advisor get's the $500k free loan back, Carson & Guo to stepside with no more influence & negotiates a fair settlement deal with VAN with no messy expensive legal court costs, Carson & Guo would get rewarded again from all their free shares from a higher market price including VAN with it's 21% stake and all other DAU minority holders, you know what's stopping this someone's self serving ego and belief it all belongs to them...My understanding with court cases is the court has an obligation to report breaches of law discovered during trial to appropriate government bodies, so lots of closed deals and failure of good corporate governance could be scrutinized here?
