I don't think we should be talking about a CR in any way,2 fully producing wells can leverage 5 million in capital,you need to look into tax right offs as well in GUAT,also don't LAR have some sort of tax claim in the region of 23m.
I fail to see what dropping the price at close will do now unless the next day its followed by dumping as to legalise the play.
