I think the 'Its Time' call is a big mistake by Latham as people will not forget those disastrous years of a Labour (I try to spell it correctly) Government.
I admire Gough for his intellectual capacity and for his dignity but he was a lousy manager and failed to conrol his government. We can certainly do without a repetition. Latham also has all the hallmarks of a lousy manager - never trust a wide-boy.
