The Chinese are very smart, they have paid excessive prices for iron ore for approximately five to ten years, all the expansions from FMG etc, means that they will pay a much cheaper price for many, many years to come.
Ten years ago BHP and RIO were producing approx. 70 to 90 million tonnes each, what were FMG producing?....zero
