The MSB PnF chart is showing the action since December 2014. Your MSB bar chart is actually only spanning the last six columns of the PnF chart (see the red box in the image). PnF isn't time-based but event-based. One column can take days or weeks or months to make depending on the action. If a stock just moves sideways within the limits of the reversal amount the PnF chart won't make a new X or O at all. Think of it as recording waves rather than bars.
