Just about to go out, but yes potentially, so long as price continues sideways or begins to rise (always look for ongoing confirmation).
You could certainly say that 'on all that increased volume price did not breakdown', instead it seems to have reversed.
(often you have to look at what didn't happen when volume comes in, then consider it must have been the opposite...)
I will do some more vids next year when things settle down again (work and school holidays etc.)
