    Would love to know which Goldman Sachs or UBS banker was the smart one that decided leaking the deal to street talk was a good idea.. How to blow up a $12 billion deal! unfortunately not uncommon in Australian M&A to play the media game, though the Americans clearly took a strong disliking to the tactics...!
