Have a look at Asia generally, in particular Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia not to mention India.
Korea is leading the way and Indonesia has been identified for potentially 30 nuclear reactors. Indonesia does not mine uranium and is unlikely to for some time yet (the locals don't mind the reactors but are against uranium mining). And like Korea "...has no known and quantified uranium resources", although an Aus explorer has the rights to explore in Korea.
Won't to the increased demand for uranium any harm...
