I have to say the further increase in uranium price is totally excellent news, and IMO reasonable to say it would increase pen's profit by 10% so why not the share price (approximate $30/lb just added 10%).
Another thing worth mentioning might be the traditional chinese behavior this time of year (which runs to the very richest). Unlike westerners this time of year they save up and hold back spending for new year (businesses included) which they spend on the new year celebrations.
You'll find right after they finish (8th february this year) their stock market/economy usually takes off, so this should be a good wide reaching factor for the uranium price if china has been considered as affecting it so much recently.
