It appears that there maybe quite a bit of uranium in those leases and the royalty is the cream on top of the deal. In other words they make money in the intial transfer and have access to further cash.
Good to see the bidding war, this is a good indicator for PEN's future in this area. Though one downside is the likelhood of further leases costing more money.
An other point is the good chance that this deal maybe suggesting that the long term price of unranium is increasing.
