Deflationary in the western countries on all fixed assets whilst all the things you need to live will increase, ie food costs.
Now is not the time for holding big debt and to lose your job, if the average Australian is clever he and she should start to get there own house in order and so post 2013 Australia will be first of the blocks in any recovery.
