If you are referring to staff poaching, we can only hope the Australian operators can engage the services of the workers needed to run the plant. Training and staffing the operation may become Exorka's pet project, and will most likely become their Australian induction.

It is the differences in the Australian situation that makes the potential so high and scope so large, not the similarities.

I don't dismiss NZ's activities and operations.

With respect to drawing on their abilities (beyond staff poaching), NZ does have surface operation experience to draw upon, though so too does every other geothermal producing country, of which there are many. Given the direction of corporate events, it seems the bulk of our insight may be derived from European operations, which are more relevant to this project.
