Its a Discounted Cashflow Valuation- It is its current valuation based on the amount of cashflow it will be generating by the year stated in the calculation and discounted to give a current value. Based on the amount of cashflow they expect Wisr to be generating in 4-5 years it enables investors to decide whether the stock is currently overvalued or undervalued. It's Discounted to allow for a current valuation with both a base case scenario and Upside scenario. Generally based on how much of the total market place they anticipate Wisr taking.
