Banks have always held that nobody can do it as well as they can (Royal Commission sort of showed their arrogance) and hence they have always resisted financing non-bank competitors (although they are a bit more lenient with listed entities). This was what originally caught my attention when a post said they have partnered with the NAB. I'd love to see the NAB's facility agreement with WZR as I suspect they would have pretty tight covenants on it.
