I would say it is a bot, too many trades like that would mean huge $$$ in brokerage for us normal people.
Doesn't tell me anything about depth, as these purchases are generally done off screen, I don't pay much attention to depth either, too easy to manipulate if you have the shares on hand.
Could mean a range of things, possibly that we have enough attention from the "bigger" end of town, only time will tell
