Sorry mate, but you couldn't be further from the truth here, you are getting vision mixed with reality. Financial wellness is a catchphrase that sounds good in a presentation. But borrowers don't care about financial wellness, they care about rate and repayment. If you have two identical products and one comes with wellness at that point it can sway a decision. I am not sure if you have had a look at the app, but it charges you per transaction in it's twice monthly clearances and it's benefits are questionable, given they come at a premium. For me it is nothing more than a catchphrase and at this point questionable in its effectiveness.
Wisr's uniqueness and approach to lending is what is driving this company and how they arrive at their rate for risk.
