There are two great tutorials on youtube made by Bruce Fraser(type in point and figure chart tutorial Buce Fraser).
You need to use market structures (accumulation, reaccumulation, distribution, redistribution) in conjunction with PnF charts to get targets.
I would recommend watching his reaccumulation tutorial video also.
