I recall comments about WZR's largest shareholder (Brook Adcock and his various ventures) offloading some of his stake over the last several months. I share the view that to be taking some profit having quite literally rescued the company prior to its listing is perfectly understandable. He might also have been freeing up some funds to lead the latest funding round for Thinxtra - "a leading Internet of Things (IoT) network and service provider operating an established network across New Zealand, Australia and Hong Kong".
