    its Impossible for the SP to breakout while the sell side is so heavy. Every time the SP is pushed higher it just activates a barrage of selling. In order to get the SP moving up, it needs to either flush sellers out the million of sell orders (could take months) or a huge day of volume brought on by an announcement.
