    So who will be buying in and at what price?

    WZR already takes a pretty hefty piece of my portfolio at about 8% so if (when) I take up the offer it will require a sell down, but provided they give good reason for the raise and it has sufficient discount I'll take up the full offer and rebalance to slightly increase my holding.
