They can but consider this; if 6.6 out of every ten loans are broker generated, if every decent broker leverages a database if 500 clients and you charge brokerage direct to the customer and protect your app fee profits, your only cost in dealing with the broker channel are your bdm's at maybe 120k pa plus bonuses.

So when the ceo of WZR is talking about the cost of dealing with the broker channel, that is their cost, what they pay bdm's, as the client pays the brokerage and app fee.

So now put that in context of what that 5.5m could have done in that channel...
