They have established the tech to automate high volumes. Why not disrupt the mortgage market look at Athena / tic toc. Wisr building strong base possibly millennials who will be first home buyers.. they are in a great postion to grab market everywhere. Not to mention commercial loans and opportunity in this space. CEO is ex coo at prospa. My point is the platform can be tailored subtly to expand into these areas without massive overheads.
