Moelis have just upgraded their rating on WZR from a hold to a BUY, with an uplift in price target to 28c!
once that spreads through their network and beyond, we might see the buy side push this back up into mid 20's.
if research is saying price target of 28c, then i would think buying anywhere up to 22-23c is going to be good buying whilst we can get it.
