    has anybody asked or been provided a response to their modelling and forecast around interest rate rises,

    impacts to their loan book and equally importantly, their warehousing?

    looking at an entry and think ok for a short to medium hold. been watching since 8-9cents

    as we know, rates aren't going anywhere until 2023/2024 locally, but with inflation pressures and QE impacts on housing market, something must give and this type of lending will temporarily dry out - however long temporarily is, no one knows.



    are long holders anticipating a TO at some stage, given their distribution etc? if so , then I assume they're looking at that around a similar time frame 2023-2025?
