Not sure if we're saying the same thing.Wisr adjusts rates based on the risk profile of their clients so higher risk clients potentially mean a greater return assuming you adjust margins to account for the risk.
Wisr also makes a large portion of their cash from fees so for better or worse rate changes shouldn't affect cash flow as much as other lenders and possibly less so depending on how they've set up their loans.
