Both. Travel has died right off and people arent buying cars means new loans are going to take a hit.
People working casually are also working less hours so less likely to take up new loans and may have difficulty servicing existing loans.
Wont know for sure until the figures come out at the end of April but it wouldn't surprise me if this quarter isn't as good as the last. I think the market agrees hence the huge drop in share price over the last couple of weeks
