For those who enjoy their charting WZR has an amazing rising triangle / pennant pattern both long and short term looking to break strongly through 32c in the near future - that's probably not today. The rising base though means there are probably limited opportunities for those not already holding to buy this stock much below where it currently is.
28.5c probably marks an absolute base and stop loss.
I very much like these stocks where the fundamentals AND the chart signals combine to give a relatively low risk positive signal to investors to buy and hold.
