share price is actually based on the expectation of a company's future income, you should take up some financial class, D&S has only limited effect on SP, now with such good news from VLA the expectation of future earning is increase 10 times, 20times, it is anyones guess, but one thing for sure, due to the increasing expectation in the company's future earning hence the demanded has increase, and the newly issued shares is only a small % of the total share.

and please don't say I have no idea about D&S, I have done enough postgraduate study on this
