No chart really required. It has moved off the very long base, closed at 0.005 and is now testing 0.004, in an attempt to make this the new support.
Otherwise, why would there currently be a 0.003/0.005 spread on the stock?
If this can hold and go back up to 0.005, 0.009 can then be a target, according to a chart, if used.
Unsure what is on chi-x as I do no use, but there doesn't seem to be a feeder.
