In fact, when I queried Sam Berridge, from Perennial Resources Fund, on why more Cu mines are not getting going with a much lower capital intensity than those being expanded. He said the reason was many major companies didn't want to deal with the uncertainty. The Mongolians will know having battled with OT and the expansion taking ages. I viewed the Sh*t fight a decade or so ago.
