NWE found the Cliff Head Oil Field and sold their share for a pittance. They could not afford the development costs on that one, but not this time. Development costs will be a lot cheaper with an onshore rig and plenty of partners. Even if there is a further SP dilution, that will be better than selling out and having nothing to show for it down the track. CH has been pumping oil for ten years and X will be doing the same for the next 20 years.
