Citi will rally 3% when he is booted.

A lot more write-downs are coming, agree, but we'll bottome in Nov.

Im 50% cash. I hope the markets fall so i can pick up some bargins, but i would expect much more weakness (not in US anyway). I dont think DOW will fall below 13200. It may fall close this week, but Dec will be strong. I expect DOW to close above 14000 for the year.

Expect more write-downs, but dont expect the markets to tank from them. They are already priced in. And Chuck Prince's departure wil have a HUGE BULLISH effect on PSCYHOLOGY AND MOMENTUM IN THE BANKING SECTOR (BUT, FURTHER CITI WRITE-DOWNS MAY BE RELEASED WITH HE'S RESIGNATION/DEPARTURE. SO THAT MAY MITIGATE ANY RALLY?)
