The more times it fails to break through, less less likely it is to happen - obviously. Remember TOX trying to break 15 cents, God it was awful to watch....never had the momentum. A decent pull back would create a true double top that would be extremely hard to break through later on. Right now XAO has no momentum, the big blue chips are all just waiting to see what happens. Then again, a smallish pullback of say 100 points would allow the powers that be to gather momentum to push it through on the next attempt, as long as it's not too far down the track.
