Looks like XAO is heading down to 5500 again.
From low $25.04 (17/8) to $87.50 (28/12), FMG has completed 5 waves, up 249.44%. TOO MUCH!
Test new low:
87.5 – 0.818(87.5 – 25.04) = 48.90 or $4.89 after split.
US recession, high oil price, high cost of labor, interest rate will be up, China will slow down after Olympic, people will tight up their belts, ……………FMG is very much over price, may drop back to $5 or $4.51 (low $44.51 on 8/11).
Packer and Forrest are very good friend, but why Packer visited FMG but NOT invested?
