re: xdowob .. 920,000 warrants just **sold**! dow etos expire today.They are only issued every 3 mths, instead of monthly like most options. Someones doing a play of settling up an arbitrage. They bought the eto and sold the warrant, some time ago, to exploit the spread. Now they are settling up with the market maker.
XJO Expiry
Tomorrow (20/3) is the last day of trading for XJO March ETO's. XJO ETO's do not trade on the expiry day as they are based on the open of the XJO on Friday. If you have not signed an auto exercise form and your XJO options expire in the money, you will not receive the cash difference between the XJO and the strike price of your options. If you hold a March XJO ETO and are not sure of expiry procedures for the index, please call Sanford's Derivatives Desk on 1300 360 892.
