I'm pretty sure ARQ, based on the technical information and knowledge they have, would justifiably disagree that the Jingemia/ Hovia oil finds were just the remnants of the old Dongara oil leg
It's very easy to look for and "discover" negatives when there have been a few dry holes and production has declined.
