Bravo Mr Xenophon... I thought the no pokies platform was a gimmick - but this shows he has chops, even if his (underlying) motivation might be somewhat parochial... I think this money would be far better spent in a targeted manner rather than Dudd's buckshot approach... Once its gone its gone - of course this is vote/mate-buying on an epic scale... And given that the current admin has little-to-no clue just go the easiest route... God knows how deep this rabbit hole goes - better to keep some of the powder dry...
