Xenophon will put forward modest suggested amendments of little import (in the Nick of time), but sufficient enough for the CB's to appear not to have acquiesced.

Lambie has repeatedly and emphatically said that she will not pass the ABCC bill, I'd say definite no from her.
Bob Day - definite yes

Have any other cross-benchers made a firm, genuine commitment?
