Xenotime generally has higher Proportions of rare earths to lights. The problem is there are no significant large tonnage occurrences.
Xenotime can occur as thin veins or heavy mineral placers. Both kinds of mineralisation are Generally limited in true width.
The xenotime story is often peddled but I don't believe it really has legs due to expensive metallurgy which is similar monazite\zircon specifically these minerals are chemically resistant and require cracking.
Ngualla is primarily weathered baestinite and has recently been shown to be leachable.
