Malmanu is your accountant very old? Any idea how he / she is with technology? The only reason I ask is that as a person who works in an accounting firm, I've found the younger generation, who are more tech savy, are keener to embrace Xero, the older accountants some of whom I work with, hate the idea of learning a new program and therefore employ exactly the same approach as your accountant.
