I'm no expert either but I don't believe the Financial Assistance Disclosure Notice is anything price sensitive or material enough to move the shares. On a quick read it appears to just be a financial loan program available to Xero employees to enable them to buy shares in the company - so nothing too major.
I would just say the SP movements in last few days amount to a bit of profit taking.
